Responsibilities:
?Work together with whole sales team, achieve the yearly target whichpublished by company
?Make territory sales strategy and achieve the targetaccordingly
?Promote company brand and exterior drainage product in assigned area, establish andmaintenance clients net
?Work together with operationand technical dept., to get the product and technical training from company,hold the technical sales skill and using as well
?Strictly carry out company sales strategy, policy, complete weekly and monthlyreport by requested, and other necessary sales reports
?Provide project tracking list asrequest from Sales Director
?Manage territorysales planning, and assist production department in forecast andstorage management
?Closely work together with finance department, update the accounts receivableinformation
?Work together with admin and logistic department, coordinate the goodsdelivery issue
?Work together with product and technical department, provide installation guide onproject site
?Collect and make feedback on marketing information for new product
?Report to Sales Director of China
Education qualification:
Bachelor degree, specialized on technology or engineering field, watersupply and sewerage background or have relative work experience is priority
Working Experience:
?At least 5 years' sales experiences in related fields, such as construction material or construction project managementfor foreign-based companies(retail/wholesale is included)
?Familiar with different kind of marketing tools, like project analysis from internet,product promotion, technical seminar, exhibition, etc.
?Good acknowledge of water supply & drainage industry; Good local relationship inwater supply & drainage industry
?Familiar with distributor/dealer's net with goodmanagement skill
?Good ability of marketing development
?Familiar with sales channel
?Good local relationship net
?Good acknowledge of project procedure/marketingchannel sales
?Good knowledge of CAD software
Language:
Good in English; French/Germany would be a plus?Good coordination, organization and communication skills
Personality:
?Ability of working independently
?Honest and sincere
?Excellent study ability
?Good team work spirit
