Supply Chain Specialist
At Novozymes SY Supply Chain we are responsible for supporting production in purchasing and storage, as well as delivering good transportation service. We strive to be strongly focused on global as well as regional needs and work in close collaboration with our customers.

We now offer a challenging job as Supply Chain Specialist in a highly demanding, informal and enthusiastic working environment.

Tasks:
As the Supply Chain Specialist of SY Supply Chain , you will:

• Demand planning, Collecting and consolidating RSF(Rolling sales forecast).


• Sales order and production follow up.


• Capacity analysis, production progress follows up.


• Organizing weekly schedule meeting.


• Inventory controlling.


• Product management, coordinating with product group and production about change of products and packaging.


• Updating RSF and inventory information in SAP.


• Creating purchasing requisition in SAP.


• Vendor management.


• Internal PO handling.


• Follow up distribution.


• Other tasks assigned by SC supervisor.

Technical qualifications:

• University degree in Logistic or planning relevant, etc.


• Fluent in oral and written English& Mandarin.


• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Personal qualifications:

• High responsibility.


• Familiar with Office software.


• Strong team spirit.


• Open mind with a positive attitude.


• Capability of organizing and coordinating.


• SAP experience is preferred.


• Basic finance knowledge.
