职位描述

POSITION OBJECTIVE: To sell CAS products, services, parts accessories and compressed air system capabilities within a specific geographic territory and present a positive company and personal image to maximize sales revenue, company profits and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Establish and develop sales channel locally.
2. Provides product training and consultancy to the channel partners to ensure distributors to fully understand Company products as well as relevant sales policies and procedures.
3. Push distributors to achieve preset sales target through assistance of sales planning on a quarterly and annual basis for distributors.
4. Keep tracking distributors' performance. Prepare monthly report of sales volume. Make sure distributors' execution of Company sales policies and procedures without bias.
5. Make sales calls and pay visits on regular basis.
6. Develop sales action plans. Make list of prospective customers with functional manager and study the approach to be made. Track and publish major project information on a regular basis. Expand market share of products sold.
7. Collect customer feedback and analyses customer requirements, works with customer center to communicate/solve customer issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or other relevant technical subjects.
2. Minimum two years of related sales experience in dealing with air compressors or similar product. Previous experience of channel development is preferable.
3. A strong proven ability to grasp and work with technical products and sales.
4. Successful completion of company assessment and training programs and on-the-job training within previous two years of receiving Sales Engineer position.
5. Strong communication skills and teamwork sprit. 6. Willing to travel and can work under pressure.
