Electric Engineer(Junior Engineer)
电气工程师(初级工程师)

工作地点：烟台项目现场（需常驻现场）

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Check time schedule and progress;
2. Provide advise catch-up schedule for Client;
3. Check equipment and material approval application according contract;
4. Check quality of MEP work continuously, and prepare defect list;
5. Follow quality deflect corrective action of Contractor;
6. Check variation order from Contractor;
7. Can advise solution on quality defect for client decision;
8. Other task by Construction manager.
工作内容：
1． 审核承包商提交的电气安装计划，检查现场电气部分的安装进度；
2． 如发现现场进度拖延，为业主提供可行的赶工计划；
3． 根据合同审核到场设备以及材料是否与合同相符；
4． 检查电气安装工作的质量，编制整改单；
5． 跟踪承包商整改进度和质量；
6． 审核承包商提交的变更申请；
7． 对于现场质量不合格的部分，为业主提供可行的解决方案；
8． 其他现场经理安排的工作。


REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree or above in electricity;
2. Experience in industry building construction for more than 3 years;
3. Computer skills: AutoCAD or similar software, Office;
4. Language: good oral and written language skills in English;
5. Familiar with Chinese code and regulation;
6. Strong responsibility and teamwork spirit, professional vision and attitude, strong coordination and communication skills.
要求：
1. 本科以上学历，电气专业；
2. 3年以上工业建筑施工现场经验；
3. 会使用电脑以及熟练操作Office 软件，Auto CAD软件；
4. 语言：具备良好的英语口语和写作能力；
5. 熟悉中国的标准和施工规范；
6. 有较强的团队协作能力，有责任心，具有专业的态度和视角，较强的沟通协调能力。
