Main Responsibilities & key tasks

· Drive the new business development of VTM in banking segment

· Identify potential customers and partners

· Work with sales team to build up pipeline

· Work with product manager to identify the right product solution to fulfil China local market requirement

· Work with HQ and RHQ to set up business case and pilot test

· Be accountable to overall VTM business result in China banking segment

qualifications Required

• Rich experience and background in China Banking industry
• Good overall Banking Self-Service know how (especially VTM business)
• Preferably experience in multinational company
• Result oriented
• Structured and well-organized work style
• Pro-active attitude and communication
• Fluent in English (oral and writing)
• Good communication skills
• Experience in handling difficult discussions and escalation with customer
