职位描述

SCOPE / DIMENSIONS OF ROLE

? Position is focused on local project delivery and ensuring service levels in country.
? Ensuring relevant Market Support activities are completed to agreed levels as directed by the Senior UTS Analyst, North Asia.
? Assigned Market Project activities are completed as defined and agreed within cost.
? Provide input and expertise in defining the UTS strategy and service improvement plans.
? Work to agreed budgets, time-scales and quality
? Ensure that the relevant Area project activities are completed as per the agreed project plans and scope.
? Ensure OLA’s, SLA’s and KPI’s are set for your region and met.


RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

? Responsible for ensuring a quality driven service for the End User support services within the Region.
? Deliver consistent support solutions through exemplary service with integrity and accuracy at its core.
? Advocate use of and drive understanding of RB Strategy in delivering service.
? Liaise closely with the market Business Analysts.
? Promote good security practice to own team and end-user communities; responsible for translations to local languages, point of contact for security related initiatives.
? Ensure security vulnerabilities are managed for UTS systems in region.
? Ensure appropriate user access management (non-application request) is in place; perform access reviews / periodic checks, appropriate local alignment of Joiners/Leavers/Transfers process.
? Ensure UTS compliance to incident management process, security section 8.1.1.1
? Information Security Incident Management – ensure incidents are reported to GISO, manage Security Incidents for the Region.
? Ensuring delivery of Global Strategy whilst sustaining business demand to the Regional Team
? Highlighting disparate solutions back to the Regional Team and UTS management.
? Own and contribute towards deployment and implementations of future state initiatives in the markets
? Maintain a strategic focus ensuring service offering is appropriately aligned with the overarching IT and Business Strategies.
? Point of contact for in market security management and issues.
? Promotion of a service and customer focused attitude amongst all IT Competency Centres
? Participation in the management of High Severity Incidents through to Service Restoration, assisting with communications to the Business in line with agreed procedures.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

The required functional skills are defined and should be used for the evaluation of candidates for this role:
? In-depth knowledge of office integration and network integration of infrastructure is a must
? Vendor Management experience
? Service Management experience
? Creative and Innovative
? Interpersonal and communications skills, both written & verbal
? Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly/business language.
? Highly self-motivated and directed.
? Keen attention to detail.
? Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.

? Ability to multitask and prioritize incidents
? Ability to effectively collaborate with local and global peers

? Previous experience in a multi country IS Support model
? Proven stakeholder management at all levels
? Ability to quickly understand business needs and define a repeatable process to meet them
? Proven experience in delivering to aggressive timelines within costs
? Knowledge of technology standards, solutions modelling and services design.
? Understanding of hardware systems as well as app development methodologies.
? Understanding of infrastructure and SLA’s
? Knowledge of security, database principles and operating systems.
? Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems.
? In-depth knowledge of specific areas of business
? Application knowledge of global systems
? Ability to travel.
