Job Summary / Job Purpose

Be part of China GTS team, and will be responsible for planning, implementing and supporting the MKT system platform of SG China


Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks
? Be the team leader of China MKT . Lead and supervise China MKT team for the tasks for System Platform Service.
? Provide technical support and ensure local CBS system, Unix , SBA and Windows system stable and security from GTS MKT area
? Manage the local GTS MKT team and resource to work together for all MKT project and operations in China
? Supervise the team to create and maintain technical documentation as well as training of users if needed.
? To lead and developing team effectively and , help team member to improve
? To provide high level of IT GTS MKT service to internal and external customers
? To coordinate the relationship between GTS MKT team and other teams.
? To coordinate China GTS MKT team and ASI regional MKT team.
? Create and maintain databases required for development, testing and production usages.
? Continual assessment of database performance and identification and tuning of problem areas.
? Co-ordinate with external vendors, internal service providers to get high level service for MKT team
? Other ad hoc tasks / relevant responsibilities as assigned by the China IT management

Candidate Profile
Academic Background
(degree and major) ？ Becheler Degree or above
Working Experience /
Technical Skills & Know how ？ Teamleadship
？ 5+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration field in a Unix environment or DB2 on UNIX administration experience, preferred in Banking/Finance system environment.
？ Good Knowledge of AIX or Linux
？ General understanding of infrastructure technologies.？
