工作内容：
-根据市场及客户需求设计测评产品研发方案；
-设计开发人才测评系统，包括内容、流程及功能等；
-对现有测评工具进行优化和升级；
-负责新产品的研发、试测、测评数据处理，报告模板设计等；
-根据项目需要，参与人才测评项目实施及测评工具培训工作。

任职要求：
-心理学专业硕士以上学历；
-2年以上心理测评产品研发经验，具有独立承担并完成研发项目经验者优先；
-熟悉心理测评行业，了解国内外心理测评新产品开发状况；
-有良好的沟通协调能力，思维逻辑性强；
-具备团队协作意识，责任心强，能承受较大工作压力。
