岗位职责

1. 负责公司薪酬福利相关制度、流程的编写及更新；

2. 负责制作工资报表，保证工资的准确及时发放；

3. 负责公司年度人力成本预算的制作；

4. 负责调薪晋级、年终奖金的管理；

5. 薪酬福利组工作的指导及管理；

6. 领导交代的其他任务。

任职要求

1. 本科以上学历，人力资源或相关管理专业；

2. 4年以上人力资源相关工作经验，熟悉人力资源管理工作流程和运作方式；

3.熟悉劳动、工资、保险、个人所得税及社会保险福利等政策法规及流程；

4. 较强的数字敏感度，善于进行数据分析及沟通，熟练使用办公软件；

5. 工作踏实认真，责任心强，沟通能力好，有一定的管理能力。
