KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Integrate activities within Supply Chain organization to ensure consistent and appropriate mutual support;
? Participating supplier development projects on Sites behalf. Evaluate, establish and develop reliable suppliers with respect to quality, service, price and capabilities;
? Interprets, implement and administers company sourcing policies and procedures;
? Qualify, develop and manage suppliers in China.
? Sourcing activities include, but not limited to:
o Selection, assessment of suppliers
o Auditing and developing suppliers through emerging markets in Asia Pacific Region to achieve Strategy Plan and Operating Plan;
o Ability to analyze complex internal and external data to drive process and product improvement;
o Drives compliance to regulatory, customer, and industry quality requirements through continuous improvement techniques and the use of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Process Control tools and methods;
o Teams with other business functions to ensure that assigned suppliers are capable of new product launches and incremental business growth to meet/exceed customer performance objectives;
o Drives improvements at supplier to achieve benchmark quality and delivery levels On-time Delivery and Quality performance management to established goals;
o Report performance or key metrics on a monthly basis by projects;
o Implement systems for new suppliers evaluations/qualifications and supplier scorecards
o Maintain effective relations with peers, colleagues and management; serve as the primary liaison between Sites and suppliers

TRAVEL Total Travel: >50% Outside China: Approximately 10% Within China: Approximately 90%

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor degree with a major in engineering or equivalent work experience is required
? Excellent written and verbal English

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
? Minimum 5 years of similar working experience with at least 3 years in the area of electronics or similar industry engaged in purchasing, engineering, manufacturing or quality;
? Strong sourcing, procurement, and supplier quality experience in electronic industries, preferably audio products such as wireless headsets, speakers and other professional audio products;
? Experience and a high level of knowledge of industrial operations;
? High level of analytical ability to assess and resolve complex, technical problems;
? Demonstrated ability to work independently; confident with high level of integrity and trust
? Candidate has operated in a global matrix organization;
