工作职责描述：

Background：

This job is for a fortune 500 company with its global IT delivery center in Nanjing. You will work with your global peers to provide world-class IT service to its internal customers. This job requires strong IT skill as well as English, both oral and written.

Job Description：

·Create Impact Analysis for complex changes (Change Management)

·Participate in larger changes in the operation that are executed in a project like manner

·Create detailed level technical designs based on high level functional designs and defined requirements

·Translate Baselines (performance, capacity and security) into technical implementations

·Review designs created by peers

·Work closely with domain architects in delivering solution designs

·Implement the designed solution in production environment

·Work within a DTAP environment (Development, Test, Acceptance, Production)

·Advise service owners and delivery managers on technical issues

·Execute in-depth troubleshooting of incidents and problems

·Create Technical Manuals (TAM) and Functional Work Instructions (FAM/WI) for the designed solutions to be used by Operational Engineers

·Design and implementation of IPv6 into the Enterprise network infrastructure

·Design and implementation of a Dual Stack IPv6 / IPv4 infrastructure within multiple XXX Products

·Assist with the design and implementation of IPv6 into (virtualized) systems infrastructure

所需能力：

·Bachelor's Degree in a technical IT education and at least 5 years working experience

·Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Enterprise environment being part of international/global IT/network support/development team

·Must have experience with CISCO Products (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, etc.)

·Must have experience with networking equipment installations and upgrades

·Managing the configuration of the network equipment (DNS Servers, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.) and services (RAS, DNS, DHCP, …)

·Experience in troubleshooting and resolving networking issues

·Interact with Domain, Enterprise and Security architects in providing network and infrastructure support and enhancements

·Experience in translating architecture into high level (‘conceptual’) and detailed technical designs (logical and physical)

·Used to actively participate in projects (deliverables, deadlines, commitment)

·Familiar with documenting the network design and changes

·Good verbal and written communication skills in English

·Must be willing to document environments and cross train colleagues in support areas

·CCNA, CCNP, Network , or other technical certifications are expected

·Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop & Server Operating System

·1 – 3 years’ experience with IPv6 and running a Dual Stack IPv6 / IPv4 in an Enterprise infrastructure

·Design and implementation of IPv6 into the Enterprise network infrastructure

·Design and implementation of a Dual Stack IPv6 / IPv4 infrastructure within multiple XXX Products

·Assist with the design and implementation of IPv6 into (virtualized) systems infrastructure
