职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Assist the Training team in developing training materials and programs in support of Branches by collecting data, translation of documents and updating information.
- Responsible for preparing all kinds of equipment and materials needed for the training.
- Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
- Assist in producing reports on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required.
- Assist in collecting information regarding external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.
- Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
- Assist in designing and translating training programs which meet specific branch/departmental needs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good spoken and written English
- Computer literate
- Have a can-do attitude and resourcefulness
- Attention to detail and ability to think proactively & learn quickly
- Good communication and inter-personal skills - develops effective working relationship and interacts with others within and across functions and levels.
- Good planning and Execution - organizes resources and work to effectively and efficiently accomplish individual and team objectives.
- Like training work is plus
