Your job

§ Provide support to customer to maximize sales value and meet customer satisfaction

§ Regular service to customers and keep good reputation

§ Coordinate with related departments to ensure the implementation of customer orders and samples to delivery on time

§ To regularly maintain data in system

§ Liaise with external sales or customers to chase order so as to magnify sales figure, forecast versus order analysis and tracking

§ Handle new inquiries either from External Sales or from customers

§ Support Engineer team for new project transfer from build/Sample to first order to mass production

§ Customer complaint handle together with quality engineer and RMA coordination

§ Other duties as requested

Your professional background

§ Minimum1 year relevant working experience as customer service preferred.

§ College diplomainsales, customer service, business administration, etc .

§ Ability of Englishreading and writing

§ Proficientskill in office software (Excel,Word,Powerpoint) .

§ Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills, and work effectively in a team

§ Independent, self-confident, and self-motivated

§ Able to work under stress
