Job Title: Operation Manager, Precor

Report to: Senior Business Manager, Precor

Main Responsiblity:

Leading Internal sales support & Technical Service Team, optimize the Precor Operation system to better support field sales to generate more business opportunity, and improve the quality of Technical Service.

1). Leading internal support team
- Prepare Gym layout and quotation, Proposal, Bidding documents, contracts for field sales team
- Manage order process, delivery arrangement.
2). Leading service team, set up and manage service network to deliver High quality service to Precor customer.
- Delivery & Installation
- Precor Call center set up and management
- Technical on line support
- In field technical support and trouble shooting
3). Manage Service P&L.
4). Drive Service Business1). Leading internal support team

Needed Competencies:

- Proficient in English.
- Operation management skills, familiar with customer service management.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Education:

University degree or above

Needed Work Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of operation management background in multi-national company, familiar with sports/Fitness industry is preferred.
