主要责任
基本职责包括以下内容：

? 进行ISO14001体系文件相关知识的培训，并掌握环保要求，控制环境因素，遵守法律法规要求
? 严格遵守公司员工守则和各项规章制度，服从领导安排，除完成日常维修任务外，在计划地承担其他工作任务。
? 熟练掌握PLC技能，会编程及修改程序。
? 协助完成新生产线建立及试运行
? 建立并完善相应程序文件及操作手册
? 对设备及维修人员进行PLC系统的相关培训
? 协助设备部其他员工确认设备故障原因并提供解决方案


要求 / 资格
要满足此职位要求，员工须能够圆满完成每项关键任务。以下所列要求是所需的知识，技能，和/或能力。能够完成主要任务的人员可以有合理的调整，大学专科以上学历

资格与经历
五年以上PLC及自动化相关工作经验，了解PLC及自动化系统
有大型工程项目的电气仪表安装和维护经验，熟悉各种测量仪表和控制仪表；
精通各种电器、仪表、PLC组成的生产过程自动控制系统；
Siemens S5和S7经验
具有现场综合协调能力和较高的沟通技巧，有良好的团队合作精神
具备一定的液压、机械及电气知识

语言能力
阅读能力，一般过程手册，程序和指示。
良好的英语读写能力，能熟练使用英文交流


推理能力
有能力收集数据，有能力用数学或图表的形式对技术指导（使用）书进行多种方式的讲解，并处理一些抽象的和具体的多变的事情。
