职责描述：
1. 根据预防维修保养计划，合理安排维修人员，带头进行维修保养
2. 监督指导培训设备维修钳工，维修电工的工作
3. 设备问题维修方案的确定和实施
4. 日常巡检过程中发现的问题的汇总，配合维修助理工程师制定预防维修保养计划
5. 合理安排，配合跟班维修人员及时处理车间紧急故障，保障设备运行
6. 检查监督所负责车间设备操作者合理使用设备情况
7. 负责安排本部门的5S的工作

基本素质：
1. 具有现场综合协调能力和较高的沟通技巧，有良好的团队协作精神
2. 大专及以上学历，机电一体化相关专业
3. 会使用Auto CAD制图软件,进行基本零件的绘制。会使用Office办公软件
4. 丰富的大型自动化设备现场维修，维护经验，思路清晰，动手能力强

优先条件：
1. 对电气，机械，液压都有一定的了解，维修经验丰富者优先
2. 懂5S
3. 5年以上自动化设备的维修经验
