Essential Responsibilities

 Continuously fully comply with all regulatory requirements
 Monthly, Quarterly & Annual costing closing
 Assist Finance Manager & IT function on ERP implementation includes:
- Set up BOM & Standard cost
- Maintains accurate cost & inventory valuation
- Other system implementation tasks
 Perform PPV, work order variance analysis
 Manufacturing cost analysis for both Variable & Base cost
 Prepare GE group reporting and DR reports
 Coordinate Internal/External Audit
 Response for FIFO/Obsol calculation
 Lead monthly cycle inventory count & annual PI, and prepare variance analysis report
 In charge of inventory account reconciliation
 Track all inventory scrap process & prepare all documents for audit purpose
 Manage P&E includes: Capex budgeting, spending, post investment review
 Other tasks assigned by finance manager or management team

Qualifications/Requirements

 Excellent analytical, organizational skills & PC Knowledge
 Good interpersonal and communication skills
 Good in verbal and written English
 Minimum 3 years cost accounting experience. Working experience with MNC is an advantage
 Uses professional concepts, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
 Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
 Bachelor’s Degree Finance/Accounting or related experience required
