Mainly focus on the sales, marketing, wind farm construction management, maintenance of Vestas wind turbines and supporting functions. Responsibilities and Tasks This position is responsible for driving supply chain process optimization and development across functions. The position takes the lead in key knowledge/process/ technology of logistics areas with various/increasing complexity and business impact. Create and deliver technical solutions on common logistics set-up/projects (e.g. VMI, Kanban, NPI) implementation within the factory. Identify opportunities of improvement inside Logistics and also the process across departments/functions. Lead and implement the changes, drive out the obstacles and review benefits and focus on further improvements. Business case study before big changes/improvement. Work with and influence relevant business stakeholders to secure Logistics targets achieved. Establish and development successful relations with customers enhance customers satisfaction and loyalty inside and outside Logistics dept. Be responsible for optimizing and developing the supply chain from suppliers through our factory to customers. Initiate and support activities fostering knowledge & expertise sharing with others, explain difficult concepts to a variety of audience and ensure meaning is understood. ECM coordination and implementation effectively inside Logistics. Trouble shooting if any problems inside Logistics and cross departments. Act as mentor and role model within the Logistics area of his/her responsibility. Six Sigma GB and/or lean certificates is preferred. In depth knowledge on developing supply chains in mass production companies like the automobile industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills proactively identify issues and find it an easy task to constantly come with optimization and development suggestions to the top management. Global mindset and cultural sensitivity, experience in dealing with western culture and businesses. Fluent in English and Mandarin both written and spoken. High level skills on related IT system within the area of employment especially. Demonstrated proficiency in following software: ERP system and the process behind Microsoft PC application, Especially Excel. Strong accountability and integrity traits. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, focusing on good teamwork. Constant drive to challenge the existing and come up with better ways to do the work. Handling complexity easily and have the ability to put goal into practice. Excellent change management skills. Working Experience Minimum 8 years working experience in the fields of Demand Flow Technology, developing/optimising Kanban systems and supply chains from suppliers to customers in a manufacturing enterprise. ？ Proven experience as Project Manager within Logistics and Supply Chain development. Experiences with Lean activities and tools are preferred. Preferably working experience from e.g. Toyota or a sub supplier to the automobile industry. 北京：维斯塔斯中国总部
我们的中国总部位于首都北京，工作人员360多名，主要负责风机的销售、安装和维护。北京总部还是我们海上风能业务运营和技术团队的基地，主要负责风机组件设计和产品调试，和为业务伙伴提供技术支持和培训。中国总部坐落于同一座办公大楼，位于北京东北部，毗邻中心商业区和首都国际机场。

天津：一体化风能设备制造基地
维斯塔斯最大的一体化风能设备制造基地地处天津，于2009年正式落成，负责生产风机发电机、叶片、机舱、轮毂和控制系统，位于天津泰达经济开发区（TEDA），员工总数超过1，600人，致力于为我们的客户提供高质量的风能设备。泰达经济开发区毗邻港口，铁路及发达的高速公路网络，使我们的产品能够迅速便捷地发往中国及世界各个角落，同时我们也为员工提供每天往来于天津城区的班车。
