Roles & Responsibilities 职责:
-Be responsible for consolidating branch reports and generating statuary report (B/S, P&L and tax) timely and accurately.
-负责归总各分公司财务报告并及时、准确地制作所有必要的财务报告
-To lead branch accountant to prepare cognos report and the other management reports.
-指导分公司会计准备Cognos报告及其它相关报告
-Be responsible for forecast and budget report
-负责进行预算
-Lead Service Center monthly closing and support branch accountant in daily works
-领导服务中心月结，指导各分公司会计的日常工作
-Support region China finance to build up new company in finance related and manage project cost
-支持中国区总部财务建立相关服务中心公司的相关财务管理体系、系统，管理项目成本
-Lead set up ERP system
-领导建立ERP系统
-All tasks related to Internal/external Audits.
-与内、外审相关的工作
-Be responsible for all tax affairs
-处理所有税务事宜

Qualifications 要求
-Bachelor in Accounting, MBA preferred
-财会专业本科，MBA优先考虑
-At least 5 years’ working experience in Finance
-五年以上财务工作经验
-High numeric and analytical skills
-较强的数据分析能力
-Good supervisory skills. 2-3 years of supervisory experience is preferred
-良好的管理能力，2-3年主管经历优先考虑
-Familiar with ERP/SAP
-熟悉ERP/SAP系统
-Ability to communicate spoken and written information concisely and logically.
-清晰，逻辑的书面、口头表达能力
-Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence.
-优秀的沟通、影响技巧
-Ability to effectively plan and organize own work.
-有效地计划与独立执行本职工作
-Good at written and spoken English.
-良好的英文书写、表达能力
-Ability to take on a broad spectrum of work under pressure and to deliver in agreed timescales.
-可以在压力下按时按量完成工作
