Job Descriptions：
1.Perform first-off approval and outgoing approval for PG126 project in G126 component supplier site.
2.Guarrantee the supplier to follow OCH inspection matrix.
3.Statistic and analyze PG126 component suppliers’ performance.
4.Establish and update WI according to OEGR process guideline.
5.Create test plan in CAQ according to OEGR control plan. Double check first-off samples every day.
6.Perform process capability studies by means of CAQ.
7.Complete internal process and product audit.
8.Customer support:
--Prepare quality documentation upon request, include: PPAP/ISIR, customer, specific
requirements.
--Attend customer audit.
--Coordinate CFT to solve internal NCR and external NCR.
9.Conduct quality training for inspectors and operators.
10.Perform any other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor of engineering.
2.At least 3-year QC&QA experience in manufacturing factory, work in machining plant and automotive industries are preferred.
3.Have knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001.
4.Measure the dimensión with projector, 2D vision system, caliper, micrometer, torque wrench, etc.
5.Familiar and utilize TS 5 tools.
6.Manage of test and inspection equipment.
7.Deal with supplier quality concern–8D method, 5why, etc.
8.Have good communication skill and strong awareness of team work and ownership.
9.Have clear logistical thinking mode and high analysis ability.
10.Use MS office skillfully.
11.Good English level on listening, speaking, reading.
