OBJECTIVES:
In consultation with production manager, coordinating System House production activities regarding daily production campaigns, checking raw material supply, finish goods distribution, and plant start-up / shut-down plans in close cooperation with shift teams, quality control team and supply chain management team of System House.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Implement EHS procedures to ensure the production shift and facilities are in good EHS status.
2. Lead the production shift to deliver on time production for marketing.
3. Cooperate with technical service team and quality lab, to implement quality management system and continuously develop the system in production area.
4. Monitor the production process. Improve the efficiency and EHS performance by continuous optimization.
5. Under the leadership of supervisor, to control the production cost in budget.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. University degree major in business, chemical or mechanical is preferred.
2. Min. 4 years of experience in chemical industry is preferred.
3. Good experience in production planning or production controlling.
4. Good command of SAP system or MRP system.
5. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
6. Computer skills in MS office applications.
