Position Title: BD Manager - Hospitality Segments, RCP China
Location: Shanghai, China
Reports To: Senior Channel Marketing Manager, RCP APAC

GENERAL OVERVIEW:
?This is a newly created role to support China business.
?He/she will lead end-user marketing and demand-creation initiatives for Rubbermaid Commercial Products (RCP) in China for key end-users, primarily within the Hospitality segments.
?He/she will also be responsible for business pipeline management and new platform development.

PRIMARY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead key end-users demand-creation initiatives.
?Lead the PSA (preferred supply agreement) progress with key end-users (Top 20).
?Build and maintain the bundle list for responsible market verticals and key clients.
?Manage project tracker for selected Market Verticals.
?Establish strong relationships with the end-users; and demonstrate the advantages of RCP products and thus create demand throughout facilities within key end-users organizations. Facilitate the specification of RCP products and drive compliance.
?Driving new business opportunities through identifying new key end-users within the selected segments. Understand our presence and put them onto the PSA.
?Work with regional sales team on the key end-users opportunity pipeline management and delivery the result to meet business target.

- Build end-users insight and lead the marketing activities around end-users.
?Track trends and activities in focus Market Verticals. This includes market vertical growth, industry trends, and key client/end user initiatives in the region, new activities, government program and influence on the segment.
?Fully understand the features/benefits/pricing of RCP products vs competitor products, and be a product expert with RCP solutions that serve the segment.
?Demonstrating solutions, building relationships with key contacts and identifying short and long-term revenue opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
?Provide training to end-users, build and share the best practice from key end-users across sales team.
?Work as the core member within the marketing team and lead key end-users targeted marketing campaign and activities.

- Develop sales tools and marketing literature to support sales segment approach.

QUALIFICATIONS:
?Degree in Business or Business Management
?Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, sales or marketing functions.
?Business to Business experience, with commercial products and end users market development preferred.
?Preferably experience in brand Company as a supplier to hospitality, cleaning service, waste management, and foodservice and property management etc. industries.
?Result-driven and able to think out of the box
?Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
?Good analytical, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
?Strong verbal and written skills in both Mandarin & English
