Job Description:
This position is hold by BAUER Equipment (Shanghai) Ltd.,Co.
1.Establish, maintain and improve the quality control system per ISO requirement and industry standard.
2.Ensure effective QC for products/spare parts to be sent to customers.
3.Establish material quality control system, monitor, control, and audit and improve the performance of suppliers.
4.Initiate and conduct periodic internal audits, and push/lead the implementation of CAs according to audit result.
5.Handle and lead internal Nonconforming, and customer complaint handling; providing a professional communication with internal external customers
6.Act as local quality management representative, if so defined.
7.Manage change control and qualities cost, and maintain quality related KPIs
8.People management and development
9.Other tasks to be assigned by Top Management

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or Master Degree in a suitable Machinery industry.
2.5~10 years’working experience in a quality management position.
3.Team player and result orientation
4.Familiar with quality system and certificating.
5.Experience in ISO9001/TS16949 certificating is preferred.
6.Detailed Knowledge of and experience with quality control standards and tools.
7.Problem solving skills.
8.Audit skills, coaching skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
9.Lean Skills is a plus
10.Good skills in oral and written English.
