职位描述
1. 职位要求：
总体负责公司的EHS管理工作，建立安全生产标准化体系并实施，如下是具体的要求：
1) 环境保护相关的职责：
a) 熟悉环境管理体系ISO14001相关要求，配合质量经理完成环境体系相关的日常管理工作;
b) 负责环境影响因素的识别、风险分析，协助质量经理进行环境管理目标的设定;
c) 计划并实施环境管理体系的相关培训;
d) 协助质量经理实施环境管理体系的内审和外审工作;
e) 定期收集有关的环境保护相关的法律法规，根据需要更新公司的管理程序并进行培训;
2) 职业健康相关职责：
a) 计划并实施年度的蓝领工人的职业健康体检，新员工入职体检和在岗体检;
b) 创建并更新员工职业健康档案;
c) 计划并实施公司内部和公司外部的职业健康相关的培训;
d) 负责与政府相关部门就职业健康相关事宜进行沟通和协调;
e) 定期检查职业健康相关的设备和设施;
f) 收集最新的职业健康相关的法律和法规，更新相关的程序并相应的进行培训;
g) 确定年度职业健康相关改善的预算费用;
3) 安全管理相关的职责：
a) 计划并协调特种设备作业人员的安全培训，更新相关的特殊设备设施的作业证书；
b) 计划并协调特种设备的年度检查；
c) 建立特种设备安全管理档案；
d) 负责新员工的安全培训；定期的设备安全检查。
e) 收集最新的有关安全生产的法律、法规，相应地更新公司的相关文件并组织员工的培训；
f) 负责危险化学物品的日常管理；组织相关的危险化学物品的使用、保管培训。
g) 计划并实施年度消防演习；
h) 制定应对突发安全事故的事故应急预案；
i) 与政府相关部门就安全相关事宜进行沟通协调。
2. 任职资格：
1) 四年制大学本科毕业，具有学士学位；
2) 至少两年安全管理和环境体系管理工作经验，具有ISO14001内审员证书；
3) 英语4级证书，良好的英语日常沟通能力；
4) 熟练使用电脑办公软件,如Word, Excel, PPt, Outlook 等；
5) 具有与公司内部人员和外部人员的良好的沟通能力。
1. Job requirements
Be fully responsible for EHS management in the company, set up the safety management standardized system and implement in the company. The following are specific requirement:
1) Environment protection related duties:
a) Familiar with ISO14001 environment management system requirements, coordinated with quality manager for the daily environment system related work.
b) Be responsible for the environmental factors identification, risk analysis, coordinate with quality manager for environment goals set up.
c) Plan and conduct the ISO14001 environment system training.
d) Work with quality manager for the environment system internal audit and outside audit.
e) Periodically collect the latest laws or regulations about environment management, update company environment system procedure and conduct training accordingly.
2) Occupational healthy related duties:
a) Plan and conduct the annual blue collars occupational healthy examination, entry examination, on job healthy examination.
b) Create and update the employee occupational healthy file
c) Plan and conduct the occupational healthy inside and outside training.
d) Communication with government department for occupational healthy related issue.
e) Periodically audit for occupational healthy equipment and devices.
f) Collect the latest related laws or regulations, update related procedure and conduct training accordingly.
g) Set up annual budget for the occupational healthy related improvement.
3) Safety related duties:
a) Plan and coordinate the special equipment operator’s safety training, update the special equipment and device certificate.
b) Plan and coordinate the special equipment annual inspection.
c) Create special equipment safety management file.
d) Be responsible for the new employee safety training, periodical equipment safety inspection.
e) Collet the latest safety related laws and regulations, renew related company safety procedure and conduct training accordingly.
f) Be responsible for the harmful chemical material daily management, arrange the related harmful chemical material usage and storage training.
g) Plan and conduct the annual firefighting exercise.
h) Create the contingency plans for safety accidents.
i) Communication with government department for safety related issue.
2. Qualifications:
1) Graduated from 4 years college and got bachelor degree.
2) At least 2 years working experience related with safety and environment management, have the environment system inner audit certificate.
3) CET-4，good daily English communication ability;
4) Familiar with Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook etc;
5) Good communication ability with inside member and outside person.
