This position will lead many data analytic audit support engagements, special projects, and continuous auditing. This position will work directly with the Audit Teams and Management to ensure effective analytic support and guidance. This position will also engage with additional internal customers to design, develop and implement data analytic solutions.

This position is responsible for:

1. Supporting activities of analytics projects and operations within Audit Services

2. Analyzing complex data, identifying anomalies and providing useable information to internal and external customers

3. Providing recommendations to audit teams on types of analytics and procedures to apply to meet audit objectives

4. Communicating data analysis conclusions to audit teams and management

5. Providing training and guidance to audit staff focused on data analysis tools

6. Ensuring knowledge development and transfer to both internal and external customers

7. Staying current with data analytic techniques/technology

8. Supporting annual risk assessment and planning activities

9. Identifying opportunities for cost recoveries, cost avoidance, and process and control improvements

10. Documenting related processes, procedures and analysis work

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

2. 3-5 years experience applying advanced analytics and data reporting techniques in a large/complex environment

3. 5-7 years experience with SQL Server environment

4. Exceptional Business Acumen - ability to quickly grasp how a process works and leverage that knowledge from a data analytics standpoint

5. Experience with analytic & reporting software (e.g., ACL, Tableau, MS Excel, MS Access, etc.)

6. Working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/MM/SD Modules)

Demonstrated leadership and management skills

1. Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

2. Strong communicate skills (verbal, written and presentation)

3. Prior internal and/or external audit experience

4. Proficiency with speaking/reading/writing English and Mandarin

Basic Skills Preferred:

1. CPA, CA, CIA, CFE, CPIM, CISA and/or other certification

2. Understanding of Automotive/Manufacturing Industry

3. Understanding of processes, functions, and systems

4. Experience and skill with computing platforms including mainframes, PC and client/server environments

5. Experience evaluating, implementing, and maintaining fraud detection solutions and technology for a large enterprise
