Key Accountabilities:

1. Receive the booking advise from shipper or overseas agent.

2. Provide the quotation request to CIF shipper or JAS overseas.

3. Book space with SSL.

4. Advise the booking details to overseas.

5. Coordinate the contract with SSL.

6. Arrange the customs clearance and trucking as per shipper’s request.

7. Arrange the B/L draft for shipper to confirm.

8. Issue debit note to shipper to pay ocean freight or local charges.

9. Issue original/surrendered B/L to shipper.

10. Issue debit note/credit note to overseas office.

11. Input the cost in system.

13. Close the file to accounting dept.
