Requirements:
- Education background: 4-year Bachelor Degree or above in any field.
- More than 5 years work experience in any industry or 2 years experience in following fields: executive search or human resources/sales/customer service/project management.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong cold calling skills.
- Strong sense of integrity, resourceful, initiative, self-motivated, sociable and creative, adaptable.
Responsibilities:
- Support the consultants in coaching new researchers and trainees.
- Ensure successful delivery of cases/projects supportively or independently.
- Perform proactive cold calls to search for potential candidates.
- Leading a project team.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
