Responsibilities:
- Support the project leaders in company projects or business development activities.
- Ensure successful delivery of cases with supports from consultants.
- Perform proactive cold calls or network to search for potential candidates.
- Sourcing of suitable candidates.
- Manage job offers on the behalf of clients to candidates.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong sense of integrity, resourceful, initiative, self-motivated, sociable and creative.
- Strong cold calling skills or up to 4 year work experience in executive search or human resources /sales/customer service/project management.
