Job description
1、 管理并壮大现有团队，大客户的开拓及谈判。
2、 维护现有大客户，并挖掘其业务潜能，为公司争取最大的份额。
3、 接受客户订单，报价，签订合约并监督合约的履行。
4、 收集客户反馈。
5、 收集并处理客户抱怨及投诉。
6、 按时回收货款。
7、 准确提供销售预测，并合理控制库存。
Requirements
1、本科以上学历，市场营销专业较佳。
2、6年以上销售工作经验或者三年以上钢材/板材/钣金产品销售经验，有驾照会驾驶。
3、具有良好的沟通及协调能力，英语流利。
4、具有一定的商业谈判能力。
5、具有较强的抗压能力。
6、高尚的职业道德，较强的责任感。
