职位描述
Responsibilities:
1) Provide market intelligence to respective Trade as required
2) Monitor daily booking status
3) Monitor CIF performance by office
4) Monitor RD/ D45’ performance by office
5) Report on vessel utilization per week
6) Update protect list & breakdown by office
7) Prepare & Upload AFS
8) Propose GRI effective vessels
9) Prepare Equipment Forecast
10) Work cross functional & geographic locations for cooperation
11) Coordinate & Recap Weekly Conference Call with Greater China Offices
12) Prepare rate guideline (MRG) to Greater China in consulting with Trade Manager
13) Prepare notice to Greater China for follow-up
14) Equipment forecast
15) Review pipeline requirement
16) Send “roll communication” to Trade & destinations after finalized
17) Prepare presentation materials for Trade Management and ad hoc for Sales Team (if necessary)
Requirements:
1) University degree required
2) Minimum 3 years experience in industry
3) Communication skills, listening skills, problem solving, Industry knowledge, tolerance of ambiguity, problem solving, creativity, ability to persuade, strong PC skills
4) Customer Focus
Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
