伟尔中国的工程师轮岗项目致力于培养年轻有潜力的工程师。在为期2年的项目中，培训生将会经历3 - 4次轮岗，通过在实际业务中担当职责深入接触，了解公司的工程优势以及主要业务流程。在每个岗位上都会有资深工程师进行一对一专业指导。 我们还会为每一位培训生量身定制培训发展计划，表现优秀的培训生还将获得短期海外培训机会。您会在两年内得到快速成长！
Weir China Rotational Engineering Program is targeting to develop and grow young and potential engineers. In this 2-year program, each individual will move to 3-4 different functions or departments where you will take real responsibilities and have chance to understand better Weir engineering edge and core business processes. On each rotational position, a senior engineer will be assigned to each individual providing coaching and guidance. A training plan will be tailor-made for each individual based on development needs. Those who successfully completed the rotational assignments in China will also be sent on an overseas assignment or training. You will have fast growth in 2 years!
主要职责 Roles and Responsibilities:
-Responsible for distributed purchase administration and order processing using MRP systems.
负责被指派的采购管理及ERP系统订单处理工作。
-Work with product engineer, application engineer, sales (sometimes with coustomer) to procure material needs with a focus on identifying local sources that meet customer requirements and associated cost targets.
与产品工程师、应用工程师、销售（有时是客户）一起合作，获取符合客户需求和成本目标的物料。
-Good sense to understand technical, quality requirements of customer and engineering department, and have capability to learn specific knowledge related to the engineering industry.
能够很好的理解客户和工程部门的技术、质量要求，并能学习工程工业相关知识。
-Provide appropriate communication and feedback to vendors to ensure product quality, timely delivery and cost efficiency. A bridge between engineering and vendors, find potential risk and provide corrective suggestion upon communication with engineering in daily work.
具有与供应商良好的沟通反馈技能以确保产品符合质量、交货期、成本要求，成为工程与供应商之间的沟通桥梁，日常工作中能发现潜在风险并在与工程沟通后给出改正建议。
-Support cost estimating with pricing, sourcing information necessary to ensure successful introduction of new quotation project.
在新的报价项目中能够预估所需价格、来源信息以满足需求。
-Introduce and develop new suppliers as special requirement under purchasing policy.
基于采购流程引进开发新供应商以满足特殊需求。
-Coordination of purchasing targets within the related departments. e.g. coordinate with QA Dept. to manage discrepant material return.
和其他部门合作以达成采购目标，比如和质量部门合作管理退货等。
-Assists in maintaining accurate supplier price information in ERP systems.
协助维护ERP系统供应商价格信息。
-Analyze vendor contracts and code supplier information into multiple databases.
维护供应商相关数据，分析供应商合同。
-Other task assigned by department.
部门分配的其他工作。
-Prepare and present reports data and analysis.
提交所需分析、数据报告
-Prioritize work.
合理安排工作先后次序。
要求 Qualifications：
-Bachelor's degree or above of mechanical and electrical or automatic control major required.
机械，电子，自动化控制专业的本科以上学历
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to express information/ideas in a professional manner to varying levels of people and vendors.
优秀的书面和口头表达能力，能够清楚地表达并且与不同职位的人进行很好的沟通
-Good English skill both in oral and written
英文读写熟练
-Experience in cost analysis and strong financial knowledge preferred
