职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Training delivery - a) Internal training for auditors or/and other requested internal staffs; b) External training as public course or for clients; c) Seminar or workshop for clients or suppliers; d) In-house training for clients or suppliers; e) Others;
-Training material development, updates, translation and document control;
-Implement training schedule -New recruitment, Refresher and Improvement;
-Track learning process of company auditors -Training scheduling plan to match
a)Recruitment plan
b)Multiple skilling plan
c)New product development
d)New client program
-Other duties and responsibilities assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Colleague or University Graduate in science or technology related discipline;
- At least 3-year CSR (corporate social responsibility) auditing, C-TPAT, Environment, Quality and/or QA (quality assurance), experience; audit experience in third party firm is priority;
- At least 1-year training experience on CSR (corporate social responsibility) auditing, C-TPAT, Environment, Quality and/or QA (quality assurance);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill;
- Good at learning new things and team work;
- Familiar with consumer goods manufacturing process;
- Sound and proven knowledge in labour law and EHS(Environment, Health and Safety) legal regulations;
- Qualified ISO9001, SA8000 lead auditor or be familiar with similar management system;
- Good knowledge of ISO14001 and OHSAS 18000 management system is preferred;
- Excellent English/Mandarin/Cantonese in both reading, written and oral;
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications, excellent Powerpoint skills;
- Able to work independently and under pressure and willing to travel.
