Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and organizing CSR program, coordinating external and internal relations;
- Collection, screening, assessment and recommendation of charitable activities, provide the basis for project for company decisions to carry out charitable activities;
- Plan, organize and implement CSR programs;
- Implement, evaluate and collect feedback of on-going CSR program;
- Externally, closely liaise with and establish cooperation with relevant parties for CSR program;
- Internally, engage employees as volunteers for CSR programs to raise employees' awareness and drive participation;
- Prepare CSR newsletter.
Requirements:
- University Bachelor degree in marketing, Chinese, journalism, sociology, management, or other related professionals;
- Strong abilities and experience in communicating with communities/external parties to establish cooperation;
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in CSR programs planning and management;
- Work experiences from large multinational companies;
- Excellent project management skills, Fluent in English, strong copywriting skills;
- Positive, enthusiastic, team spirit.
