职位描述
1.BE Holder,Majored in mechanical or hydraulic engineering is preferred; 本科学历,机械或液压专业;

To assist Area Sales manager to fulfill following responsibilities: 协助区域销售经理完成以下职责:
1.New sales developments. Collect and analyze market information, actively look for potential customers and new sales opportunities. Create new RFQs, generate sales offers, assist customer service Manager to negotiate and sign contracts, clarify customer requests, provide very clear technical data to material planner in order to deliver right products (ask help from technical support if problems to identify the products on the customers site); 发展新业务。收集分析市场信息,积极寻找潜在客户及新的商机。创建新询价单,处理销售报价,协助客服经理商谈并签订合同。澄清客户需求,向物料计划员提供准确的技术数据以保证产品的精准度。(在客户现场遇到产品澄清的问题可向技术部寻求支持);
2.Follow up carefully the sales offers (incl. analyzing and proposal making, reporting, pushing internally relevant persons to meet the deadlines given to particular project and closing the deals). The successful way is to use the project management tools provided by Etola; 跟踪销售报价。(包括分析、报告及提出改进建议,推动内部相关人员在规定期限内完成特定项目并关闭事宜)。最有效的方式是使用爱多乐提供的项目管理工具;
3.Maintain and develop long-term co-operation with customers; 维护并发展与客户的长期合作关系;
4.Visit customer and make factory tours with (/without) technical support to identify better new sales and the products technical details regularly to find out the-first-hand information on products applied in the customer’s applications, production status, demand forecasts and sniff-out possible competitor’s offerings and the feedback from customer; 定期拜访客户。与技术人员或独立定期参观客户工厂,发现新的销售增长点及更详细的产品技术要求,收集关于客户生产机型,生产状况,预算需求,竞争对手信息及客户反馈的第一手资料。
5.Educate customer(s) to follow Etola principles. When communication with customer(s) sell the principles in a way that customer(s) understand the benefits of following these principles (better OTD, shorter response time to the RFQs and delivery time) 引导客户遵循爱多乐的原则。在与客户沟通时推荐这些原则并使客户理解这些原则带给他们的好处。(更好的按时交货率,对询价更快的反馈,更短的交货时间
6.Receive customer complain and fill in columns from date to action adopted of the Customer Quality Information Feedback Sheet within 1 working day (after 12:00 o’clock next day regarded as the business day), and keep customer updated of different steps and final solution. First-aid on-site problem solving and provide final solution together with technical support; 接收客户投诉并在一个工作日内填写客户质量信息反馈单(12点后翌日视为一个工作日),并向客户更新投诉处理的进度及最终解决方案。解决客户现场出现的紧急问题,并与技术支持一起提供最终的解决方案。
7.Update customers with latest Etola marketing materials 给客户更新最新的爱多乐销售材料
8.Weekly/Monthly Work reports: Weekly customer manager’s diary and on half month project follow-up report basis, and Monthly sales offer report 周/月度工作报告:客户经理周拜访计划,每半月更新项目管理报告及月度销售报价报告
