-- Handle daily goods transport in warehouse.
-- Control and manage inventory accuracy.
-- Receive goods/delivery goods and check the amount and quality, then sign for it and confirm in ERP system.
-- If received goods unqualified/delivery goods missed or damaged, report to the manager in time.
-- Arrange the goods at the right place. assist team to keep warehouse in cleaning.
-- The goods to be delivered properly stored, packaging and labeling.
-- Low value consumes material/PPE management.
-- Assist team to control the safety stock of spare parts.
-- Assist team to place order and related business arrangement
-- Carry out quality and safety management.
-- Has the responsibility to continuously assess the SHEQ aspects of our operations, processed and service.
-- Other job assigned by the manager.

Experience requirements
At least 1year working experience in warehouse administrator
Good team work
Active and responsible

Knowledge
Fluent in English
Good at office software and ERP system.

Educational requirements
University degree

Personality requirements
Enthusiastic, pro active, source of ideas and initiatives
Good teamwork is must
