JD:

In charge of manufacture product Quality Assurance and Quality Control, coordinate with the relevant Engineer(Product Engineer/Test Engineer/IE/SQE etc.) to resolve factory quality issues to continue improve factory quality. Maintain product quality documentation and keep it updated timely to meet ISO/TS16949 requirements

1. Manufacture Quality Assurance

▪Define new product key process SPC control point
▪Design each SPC control criteria and out of control condition
▪Generate PPAP/PV plan to new product introduction
▪Coordinate with training department to do product required qualification training, including quality sense training to IPQC and line operators

2. Manufacture Quality Control

▪ Ensure every SPC control chart is completely implemented in production line
▪ Write WI and Form to describe IPQC job requirement
▪ Training IPQC to do online audit to ensure to capture every quality issue in process
▪ Maintain product Quality data and coordinate with the relevant Engineer(Product Engineer/Test Engineer/IE/SQE etc.) to analyze and resolve quality issues timely
▪ Clarify IPQC responsibility and lead team to make sure product quality is under control

3. Manufacture Quality Continuous Improvement

▪ Conduct product regular quality review to update factory quality status to top management and related product team member
▪ Break down top issues by station and by symptom for each product, follow up related Engineer to resolve top issue timely to improve product quality performance
▪ Daily monitor and track product quality status, highlight quality issue to high level management if needed to ensure to minimize issue impact
▪ Take care the product yield(FPY and TPY),Quality related scrap(QRC), and need to lead CIP(continue improvement)/CBS

4. Customer Care

▪ Take care of customer quality complaints, 8D feedback in time, and deal with customer visit/audit regularly

5. Others

▪ Supervising and assessing IPQC to perform job according to requirement
▪ Cooperate with Central Quality Engineer to establish and maintain quality system
▪ Manage the Layer Process Audit with Pareto analysis regularly and drive team for improvement

▪ Product Sediment control assurance

▪ Change control mangement and coordination between customer/BU PM and plant cross team members to ensure safe launch of changed points

▪ Inter-company internal quality issue assurance and change review/approval as kind of SQE role
▪ Complete other jobs assigned by the supervisor

JR:

1.Bachelor degree or Master degree or similar in engineering or equivalent
2.Knowledge and use of six sigma, FMEA, QFD, 8D prevention Knowledge of quality assurance know-how, product safety issues and risk management
3.Experience with Supplier development and Customer contacts, continuous improvement, quality assurance, Six Sigman, industrial engineering, production is preferred
4.Experience of SMT, clean room and wirebonding is preferred
5.Good command of written and oral English
6.Good interpersonal skill and capability of communication
