Position Summary

岗位概述

- Provide assistance to the Sales Director , sourcing activities and project implementation

- Assitance to the preparation of technical specifications related technical appendix

- Closely follow up projects, timely report to sales director

- Develops the annual sales and booking forecast

- Develops a program to achieve maximum market penetration and sales volume and geographical coverage.

- Control receivables in close cooperation with the sales team.

- Maintain consistence communication with customers to ensure that their demands are met

- Frequent traveling is required to meet customers for technical discussion and contract negotiation with experts from Europe.

- Bidding documents preparation and technical clarification support.

- Contract execution support.

- Share market information with team

- Improve processes, standards and skill levels within the organization together with other members of the sales team.

- Support Technology, Product and Service manager(s)

Competence

任职资格

Knowledge and Skill:

Bachelor degree

Major in Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Machinery/ Industrial Processing, Heat Treatment Technologies etc,

Language:

English, Fluently in Read, Write, Speak, able to present in Technical clarification and commercial negotiations.

Experience Requirements:

- Experience: 4+ years continues in Iron & Steel industries , or working in the relevant design institute etc,

- Basic Knowledge: Industry regulations, international trade terms and applications, usual practice

- Rich experience of sales, with background of metallurgical Industry

- Familiar with CRM, especially processing lines
