Principle Responsibility:
- communicate with client in their requests and understand their scope
- work out cost effective proposal and follow client request to submit bidding document
- visit along with Sales team when ever required for technical discussions and order closure
- process design and bid preparation for water, waste water & recycle plants
- cost consciousness in selection of process schemes, process development activities
- creating and maintaining data base of costing and scheme selection
- technical presentation and documentation
- searching and introduction new technologies inside & outside the group to improve group capability
- Build up partnership with local leading company to enhance our competency in market


Qualification & Requirements:
- Engineering background with more than 10 years experience in water treatment industries (e.g. pump, membrane, instrument.. supplier)
- Know process of engineering project. Experience in project with EPC and design institute is must.
- Must fluent in English speaking and communication
- Team work spirit to cooperation with local and oversea team
- Ability to use personal computer (MS office products) and internet at a high level of proficiency
- Independent and open mind
- Experience in waste water treatment, water reuse or desalination market is a plus
- The capability in design of waste water treatment scheme is a plus
- Frequent travel throughout China
- Bachelor graduate, major in Chemical Engineering or relevant is preferable
