BASIC POSITION FUNCTION:
Provides helpdesk, server & network administration, and supports for Veolia Environmental Services China.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list in not intended to be all encompassing and other duties may be assigned.)
1.Install and maintain systems of MS Windows Server, Anti-virus, Data backup, email, file server, web server
2.Support for PC hardware, common software and peripherals in Rep. Offices.
3.Install and maintain server hardware and network device
4.The 2nd line support of sites in VES China
5.Maintain PBX
6.Maintain facilities in IT room and security check
POSITION DIMENSIONS:
Experiences / Skills:
1.More than 5 years of helpdesk in large organizations
2.More than 5 years of windows server Management
3.Expert of email, Symantec Anti-Virus and Data Backup
4.Skilled in router and switches of Cisco, 3Com and HuaWei
5.Good communications skills.
6.Fluent in spoken and written English
Education:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
2.Certifications of MCSE, nice to have CCNA
Internal/External Relationships:
INTERNAL: contacts with computer users and IT & IS Team.
EXTERNAL: contacts with vendors, network administrators and users in other sites.
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to IT & Network Manager
