Mission Statement: Ensuring availability by managing the service station's stock of spare parts.

Main Accountabilities

· Responsible (incl. forecasts) for spare parts inventory for all required TC types

· Managing auxiliary material needed for service

· Defining the replenishment figures with sales and workshop

· Ensure continuous stock management

· Manage adequate inventory levels considering available master information

· Support for inquiries, clarification of availability / delivery time

· Management of transport supplier (incl. shipping documents)

· Entering / maintaining master data in local ERP (incl. minimum inventory level, forecasts, etc.)

· Product range planning and simplification of spare parts inventory

· Supervising (incl. forecasts) spare parts assortment with the aim of minimizing capital lockup while ensuring required availability

· Ensure stock inventory based to local guidelines incl. data simplification

· Minimize depreciation and improve stock turnover without affecting the service quality

Challenges

· Maintain high availability rate of service spares with certain budget

· Handling of several different generations of ABB Turbochargers as well as their lifecycle concept.

· Limitation of slow movers and scrap rate

Considering cost saving defined by management

Knowledge , Skill and Experience

Bachelor or above；

Be able to describe the job functions freely in English and Mandarin, in Oral and Written；

Knowledge on statistics is required.

More than 5 years’ experience in logistic area, and at least two years in material planning；

Good at using excel, word, prefer in powerpoint；

Experience in SAP or other ERP system is preferred;

Basic knowledge on finance is preferred.
