职位描述
Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Tianjin/Guangzhou
Responsibilities:
Actively and regularly interact with customers and users to collect business requirements to IT application systems.
Identify system improvement opportunities via analysing business requirement / system functionalities and IT industry trend.
Develop use case based on the business requirement.
Closely work with development team to well integrate business requirement with system solution, ensure long term solution. Good balance between local business requirement and global system standard, provide sound and long term solutions.
Verify system solutions according to business requirements.
Be actively involved into global application project and play a key member role.
Promote IT systems to customers to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business operation.
Requirements:
Around 6-8 years of working experience in IT application area in MNC.
Around 3-4 years of experience in IT web based application system development / support.
Good business acumen and business knowledge in supply chain, working experiences in auto industry is a plus.
Excellent communications skills and the ability to work well with people with diverse culture background.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong coordination skills.
Strong initiative-taking and follow-through skills, strong ownership and sense of responsibility.
Experiences in MS SQL server and web based development, such as .Net, ASP.Net, C#, etc.
Ability to work effectively in a flexible, changing and challenging environment, manage multiple activities and priorities and work well under pressure.
Good learning agility.
Excellent business writing skills.
Excellent oral and written English skills
Bachelor degree.
