职位描述
Responsibility:
I. Strategic planning:
?Develop strategic plans for growing revenue, expanding market share and identifying new market opportunities in the Chinese market
?Collaborate with corporate functions to develop supporting plans for growth
?Work with commercial leaders and help them develop and execute robust commercial plans to achieve/exceed targets
?Identify growth opportunities and develop streamlined/ thematic programs leveraging our unique organizational strengths and capabilities.
?Align with international commercial/business development plans to leverage corporate synergies and drive more efficient operating costs.
?Develop plans and budgets to achieve targeted revenues and operating margin.
II. Commercial Execution and Operations:
?Work collaboratively with the Compensation, Finance, HR, and International business partners to develop Sales Incentive Plan to drive aggressive growth
?Develop and execute sales & marketing programs (country-specific) to facilitate the achievement of revenue goals
?Continually identify and deploy prioritized best practices and tools from the US organization – e.g., Salesforce Productivity tools; Quarterly plans
?Oversee the development of sales forecasts through analysis and interpretation of general economic, industry, marketing, and sales data.
?Effectively monitor and manage sales performance including corrective actions and reporting to the senior management ongoing basis
?Ensure strict compliance with company policy and government regulations, including Foreign Corruption Protection Act
III. People/ Leadership:
?Provide overall leadership to the commercial team/function and ensure strategic goals are set and talent capabilities are developed and deployed to ensure those results
?Responsible for identification, selection, development, performance and engagement of our China operations commercial talent
?Coach/Work collaboratively to ensure our value creation and delivery within the China operations, taking advantage of our industry leading position and capabilities
Requirements
? Familiarity with event planning/management, or prior client service or account level sales experience
? Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
? Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and staff
? Exceptional customer service orientation
? Excellent level of demonstrated oral, written and listening communication skills
?Experience should include Salesforce management, Commercial operations, marketing, international business development and strategy execution
? Ability to influence people, align resources without a direct line of authority and achieve results – from targeting to proposal writing and winning accounts
? Proven track record of growing and retaining revenue in the Chinese market
? Strong planning and organization skills
? Understanding of the Chinese business environment
?Experience selling force.com solution preferred
Other Education, Skills, Experience Desired
Exceptional English written and language skills
College Degree
Minimum of 10 years business development experience with at least 5 years selling technology based solutions to pharmaceutical or medical device companies
Position will be located in the Shanghai City, China area
