People manager shanghai

Accountabilities
People Continuity
competency performance
-coordinate competency performance evaluation by following global standard process and concept: Organization and People review, Sales functional competency and leadership competency review and development plan.
Training and Development
-Collect training needs from local Sales and follow up the skill matrix and training matrix
-Build up on-boarding induction program and follow up with HQ and local Sales
-coordinate with internal trainer on training plan completion
-build and follow up the internal development programs, covering young graduate-> Sales supervisor -> Sales Manager-> Sales Director, for field sales and sales supporting functions.
Campus Recruitment
-define the focus schools
-design campus talk introduction deck and on-line branding
-coordinate with each BU on recruitment execution and on-boarding training
Internal Communication
-Follow Internal Communication annual calendar and customized based on Field Sales
–follow up each BU Engagement Action Plan
-Conduct or coordinate internal communication activities (Team building, Family Day, Day in Trade, Scholarship Project) etc
-build up and take HQ Sales Engagement plan
Business partner for HQ commercial department Director
Other works assigned by HQ People.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, economics, financial etc.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience with management responsibilities in a multicultural environment
- Previous experience with management methodology implementation
- Experience in project management in an international environment
- Experience in talent management
- At least 8 years working experience in HRM, FMCG industry is favorable
- At least 5 years talent management project experience
Technical competencies
- Result driven leadership and management skill
- Knowledge of current practice and legislative safety framework.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and influential skills
- Good knowledge on problem solving (PDCA) and decision making techniques;
- Good computer skills
- Good learning ability
- Fluent in English and Mandarin;
- Willing to travel frequently in China and internationally as necessary.

Integration people manager
Accountabilities
Conduct integration people management according to Integration Playbook (SOE Buyout, Structure reorganization, Culture communication, Compensation integration and etc.)
Assist Integration GM/Director to execute overall people circle of integration team PMO members(Recruitment, Performance, Training, Payroll, Exit and etc)
Generate People Information and Report in integration region
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree on business management, etc
-Previous experience with management responsibilities in a multicultural environment
-Previous experience in staffing, employee relationship and organization development and compensation
-At least 5 years working experience, FMCG industry is favorable
-Good analytical skills
-Good computer skills, mastery of Excel, PowerPoint
-Good communication skill and coaching skill
-Good English skill
