JOB SUMMARY
The auditor works to improve supplier awareness, competence and status on the company Supplier Sustainability Principle by collaboration with supplier/internal co-workers and following the working procedure.
This includes the training to build the awareness and competence of supplier and internal co-workers, auditing to verify status, following up/supporting for continuous improvement, highlighting and escalating severe issues aiming for joint effort and solution, and contributing to the development of the Sustainable Logistics program

Subodinates: 4-8
Position Location: Shanghai
Key Responsibilities (Based on importance)
? Developing and driving growth strategies across all line of businesses
Build on Global Marketing Plan
Be the key liaison between HQ Brand Marketing and the local market.
Managing, evaluating, training, recruiting, and building the strategic marketing organization
Compiling and analyzing external data (customers, competitors, segmentation, value chains, sector size/ growth rates, new technologies)
? Meeting with sales and customers to conduct “voice of the customer”
? Working with global business and functional leaders (e.g., Finance, Business Development, Sales, Operations, Marcom, Technology, Pricing) to roll global initiatives
? working with Marketing Communications on branding, trade shows, promotions
Qualification:
1. Education & Training (e.g. special degree or certificate)
? Bachelor degree, ideally in Marketing, Business or Economics. MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
? Fluent English
? Proficient in Word, Excel (for modeling), and Powerpoint (for presentation)
2. Experience (define types & specify number of years)
10 years working experience in marketing or commercial roles in food or food ingredient industry
? Strong leadership
? Good analytical skill and excellent marketing knowledge and sense.
? Ability to work in teams, gain credibility and respect of customers get up to speed quickly on new topics and demonstrate entrepreneurialism and drive.
