Responsibilities
Consults with country or regional business and human resources leaders to identify program needs.
? Implement human resources programs to meet business and organization needs.(e.g. WFP, VoW, Employee Engagement & Communication, and etc.)
? Support the roll out and manage the delivery of multiple programs simultaneously across whole organization.
? Regular human resources data deep dive analysis, and program update to executive stakeholders.
? Focal contact to global program lead to facilitate the launch of program at country level
Knowledge and Skills Required:
? Strong communications skills in both English and Chinese
? Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
? Foundational knowledge of all human resources areas.
? Strong project management skills.
? Ability to respond independently and timely to complex task.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner.
? Proficiency in both excel and PowerPoint.
