Job Description
HP Brand Security Compliance Auditor focused on the detection and resolution of abuses of HP Services environments through specialized audit programs. Reports to APJ Global Marketplace Security Operations Manager in support of compliance and investigations activities designed to reduce warranty abuse within HP and decrease the cost of goods sold through event reduction, cost savings and cash recovery. Individuals in these positions are recognized subject matter experts capable of conducting and presenting data analysis to demonstrate warranty fraud and abuse. In addition, individuals in this position must be able to transfer learning from compliance auditing into the implementation of programs that proactively mitigate fraud and abuse within HP's businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
? Analyze HP transactional data (warranty, sales, logistics, etc) to identify and prioritize audit targets.
? Collect, collate, research and analyze data collected for the audit process;
? Lead or support delivery of audits including preparation of analysis of presentations, communications, etc.
? Develop content and materials from analytics and audit learnings to facilitate training, standards, policies and audits.
? Participate in onsite audit.
? Gather and verify facts required to prove or disprove findings; Conduct all analysis and audit preparation within the framework of the HP Investigative Guidelines
? Deliver professionally written reports incorporating all analysis findings for audit or investigation.
? Provide quantification of losses and audit results to demonstrate business ROI
? Manage case files and audit data. Trend and analyze information and provide feedback and consultation to tighten and improve HP business processes.
? Liaise with business clients and other control functions in the communication and implementation of fraud prevention efforts.
? Ensure consistent and efficient utilization of the automated incident reporting system
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree with at least 4 to 6 years working experience
? Superior analytical skills and strong modeling capabilities, including expertise in data analysis and interpretation;
? Broad experience conducting detailed analysis and case preparation for audit activities.
? Ability to sanitize data into understandable findings and present them clearly
? Experienced and skilled with all MS office applications (excellent Microsoft Excel skills required).
? Ability to identify issues of fraud or non compliance.
? Advanced communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills in English and second language either Korean Language and/or Japanese would be a strong added advantage;
? Problem Solving capability: Able to approach problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution
? Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively: team player;
? Established HP Network: Demonstrated ability to work with wide range of individuals from diverse backgrounds, countries of origin, and at varying levels within the corporate structure.
? Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in complex situations. Sound, proven judgment is a must.
? Project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation.
? Practical knowledge of the current business environment in local geography.
? Practical knowledge of service delivery processes; consumer delivery a must; experience in multiple GBU’s a plus
