职位描述

Job Description:
The key role is to take end to end ownership of the customer contract. CARS must ensure customer satisfaction while having a direct impact on maintaining order value for the account. In addition to all the tasks owned by a Front-Office CA/CSAS, they take ownership for the renewal of the contract, any expiring CarePacks & all other tasks which would otherwise be allocated to Sales. They work directly with the Customer to secure the renewal. They deliver industry-leading service levels while ensuring accurate, timely and compliant sales order and revenue for assigned SMB contracts. They do this by working directly with Customers to understand & deliver against their requests. They work independently on their assigned accounts with an agreed escalation path to Sales & pass on order growth opportunities identified. They proactively utilise a range of Tools to provide data & information to Customers with assistance from Sales as necessary. They ensure use of the correct process & procedure to ensure clear Segregation of Duty regarding order booking.
· Single point of Customer contact for all assigned contracts
· Proactive renewal planning, management & closure
· Ensure compliance in all their activities
· Meeting individual metrics related to the Contract Operations & Sales activities for assigned accounts
· Quota targets for assigned accounts including forecasting & funnel management activities
· Renew contracts for assigned accounts allowing Sales to focus on growth
· Drive up customer satisfaction through proactive client contact, accuracy & good turn around to ensure industry-leading service levels
· Support order growth by passing upsell & new business opportunities identified to Sales

Qualification Required:

· Customer facing skills & customer understanding

· Strong organisational & communication skills

· Team working with Sales

· Strong understanding of HP’s portfolio, contracts & revenue processes E2E & compliance

· Naturally proactive & demonstrates clear sense of ownership

· Advanced time management skills.

· Basic project management skills.

First level university degree. Typically 2-4 years of inside sales experience.
