职位描述
Main Responsibilities
1. Prepare and support budget and forecast documentation. Ensure timely and accurate completion of required reporting;
2. Provide relevant manufacturing variances analysis and forecasts, sales analysis, expenses analysis, analysis for capital expenditures and productivity project;
3. Maintain product costing for manufactured items, update standard cost, review inventory costing, make variance analysis, and provide most updated cost information for business purpose;
4. Establish and maintain effective and efficient standard cost methodology, MRP costing system and processes;
5. Ensure necessary internal controls exist within cost accounting system to support accurate information and safeguarding of assets. Suggest the improvement/remedy whenever necessary;
6. Actively interact with business managers to interpret and analyze the finance information to assist decision making;
7. Support potential ERP migration/implementation;
8. Assist Finance Director, Great China in completion of special projects and tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, CPA is preferred;
2. At least 6 years working experiences in MNCs. Proved experience of cost accounting practices in a manufacturing environment, at least 3 years specific experiences in costing for manufacturing operations;
3. Strong analytical skills and strong understanding of manufacturing and product costing processes. Possesses core competence in accounting and financial reporting;
4. Must have strong computer skills including strong knowledge and experience in ACCPAC or equivalent, and proficiency in Excel and Access;
5. Interpersonal and team skills with ability to professionally interact with all levels of personnel required;
6. High energy and proactive, can work under the pressure, and strong commitment to deadlines;
7. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask;
8. Fluent in English, and effective oral/presentation and written communication skills.
