职位描述
Purpose of the position:
Supervise all of ECOVAR operation in ROC for performance improvement, and take over new ECOVAR in ROC on Day One.
Primary Responsibility:
- Maintain safe, reliable and efficient operation for all of ECOVAR plants in ROC
- Analyse and track plant performance
- Communicate identified plant problems to site ops team for problem solving
- Identity and communicate with line manager/site ops teams on plant performance improvement initiatives
- Execution of plant performance improvement initiatives in ROC
- Case lessons record & reporting
- Push forward the BOP in daily operations stoutly
- Plant reliability pre-activity
- Responsible for new plant takeover into ROC on Day One
Required key skills (functional/technical):
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent oral communications skills (mandarin)
- Strong team player
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiar with InTouch and PLC system
- Familiar with ECOVAR process knowledge
Required Qualification:
- At least 5+ years in a process plant related operations role, as a process engineer or process control engineer preferred.
- Bachelor degree in related engineering discipline
