职位描述
Purpose of the position
1. To operate as the frontline contact for north China customers by providing a professional total quality customer service covering queries, order fulfilment, billing, complaint handling and other CSC activities and providing related sales support as well
Principal responsibilities
1. Take customers’ orders and liaise with other order taking functions to ensure that customers needs are satisfied through a single point of contact, inform the customer promptly in case of delays or problems to ensure full adherence to agreed SLAs
2. Accurate identification and recording of customer enquiries with appropriate ownership and resolution by all current and future on-line systems including those which interact with other departments
3. Take responsibility to ensure accurate billing is provided to customer in a timely and consistent manner
4. Take responsibility to manage credit note under company policy to ensure the non-value added activity and service failure are made minimum
5. As the complaint coordinate to deal with each complaint/claim from customer to ensure the action plan occurred and feedback to customer timely and effectively
6. Achieves personal and team targets regarding internal monitor system
7. Monitor and manage container movement by controlling F4E ensure the cylinder operation is under company cylinder mgt policy
8. Organize customer survey and report results to business management team for further customer needs
9. Support TianJin dunning project and other relevant revenue activity
10. Manual dockets management under SAP OTC process and work as an interface streamline OTC cycle
11. Receive sales enquiries and request for information / quotation (list price), across all market sectors, providing technical / product details where possible and to deal with each enquiry courteously and efficiently. Where they require the involvement of a Sales Representative it is essential that the message is passed on and that it is followed up to ensure appropriate action taken to customers’ satisfaction.
12. Providing related sales support as required
13. Perform other assignments and duties as required by his / her supervisors or the Company.
Required key skills (functional/technical)
1. Monthly report – query log, order failure, imbalance shipment analysis, complaint report, kPIs and others
2. Recommendations for improvements to order fulfilment, billing process, complaint management, query handling and other sales support
Required qualifications/experience
1. Typically 2+ years experience in commercial/ customer service, or related functions
2. Excellent oral and written communications skills
3. Good interpersonal skill
4. SAP knowledge, an understanding of basic accounting knowledge is desirable
5. Available to accept flexible working hours
6. English skill
7. Accuracy and high concentration skills
